William Martin, Guild Hall, London C.1705

12 inch square brass dial with cherub and crown spandrels framing the silvered Roman and Arabic chapter ring with lozenge half hour and half-quarter marks, matted centre with subsidiary seconds dial, (we do have the hand for this) ringed winding squares and decorated date aperture, the movement has five knopped and ringed pillars, anchor escapement and rack strike on the bell 30cm (12in) wide.
