A small and well proportioned (6’ 9”) Georgian regulator clock with silvered dial with Roman numerals, by John Greenhalgh of Manchester. The bell striking clock movement has a dead beat escapement and has recently been professionally cleaned , inspected, and adjusted where necessary There are some quality features to the clock, which has concealed door hinges, a wooden pendulum rod, sweep centre seconds hand, and the original brass cased weights . The case is mahogany, spiral columns with nicely figured veneers on a solid mahogany carcass. Measures 206cm high (6’ 9”)
